Manage URL configurations

Configure a GIS or Taxes URL.

  • The active GIS URL will link to the GIS button located on the Parcel and Appraisal screens.

  • The active Taxes URL will link to the Taxes button on the Parcel screen.

Prerequisites

  • View Settings permission is required to view this panel.

  • Edit URL Configurations permission is required to edit this configuration.

Manage a URL configuration

  1. From the left-side navigation, select Settings.

  2. In the URL Configurations panel, select Edit.

  3. Populate the fields.

  • Active/Inactive: When a URL configuration is Active, the associated button displays on Parcel and/or Appraisal screens. If a URL configuration is Inactive, the button does not display.

  • Type: The Type is GIS or Taxes. This field is not editable.

  • Button Label: The Button Label is GIS or Taxes. This field is not editable.

  • Base URL: Enter the URL the browser will navigate to when the associated button is selected.

  • Variable: Select the primary identifier to pull into the URL, either Map Number, PIN Number, or Sequence Number.

  • Remove Blank Spaces: Select to remove blank spaces from the selected primary identifier.

  1. Select Save.

The option displays in the URL Configurations grid, and the button is available on Parcel and/or Appraisal screens.

Make a URL configuration Inactive

  1. From the left-side navigation, select Settings.

  2. In the URL Configuration panel, select Edit.

  3. Select the toggle to change it to Inactive.

The button no longer displays on Parcel or Appraisal screens.
