Manage URL configurations

Configure a GIS URL to link to the GIS button located on Parcel and Appraisal screens.

Prerequisites

  • View Settings permission is required to view this panel.

  • Edit URL Configurations permission is required to edit this configuration.

Manage a URL configuration

  1. From the left-side navigation, select Settings.

  2. In the URL Configurations panel, select Edit.

  3. Populate the fields.

  • Active/Inactive: When a URL configuration is Active, the GIS button displays on Parcel and Appraisal screens. If a URL configuration is Inactive, the GIS button does not display.

  • Type: The Type is GIS. This field is not editable.

  • Button Label: The Button Label is GIS. This field is not editable.

  • Base URL:

  • Variable: Select the primary identifier to pull into the URL, either Map Number, PIN Number, or Sequence Number.

  1. Select Save.

The option displays in the URL Configurations grid, and the GIS button is available on Parcel and Appraisal screens.

Make a URL configuration Inactive

  1. From the left-side navigation, select Settings.

  2. In the URL Configuration panel, select Edit.

  3. Select the toggle to change it to Inactive.

The GIS button no longer displays on Parcel or Appraisal screens.
